Terms of Service

Welcome to CTX Quiz. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you are using CTX Quiz on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, no infringing material, and no harassment of other participants. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment provider. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content & data

You retain ownership of the quizzes and content you create. You grant CTX Quiz the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. Each organization's data is isolated from other organizations.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTX Quiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
